The Assyrian Captivity

Years ago when I was first digging more deeply into the Babylonian Empire(s) to understand the prophet Daniel I never would have dreamed that my own personal investigation would lead me where it has. It has turned much of what I used to believe upon its head; and, as a result is deepening my own faith; and, helped offer me even MORE PROOF that the Elohim (אלהים) who calls Himself YAHUAH (יהוה) is in fact the Creator; and, that HE HIMSELF is able to know the future.

Digging into the Assyrian Empire(s) has given me a greater understanding of the writing system known as CUNEIFORM; and, and how it was employed almost universally at one time as THE WRITTEN ELEMENT of a system of writing used for OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTATION for  millennium among MANY NATIONS who were multi-lingual. They ALSO employed ARAMAIC as their common; daily; every-day language (lingua franca); and, the people of Assyrian had been exposed for an extended period of time to these two (2) written; and, two (2) spoken languages which though expressed in writing differently; are BOTH responsible for influences upon both the prophets of the Bible; but, also the people of YAHUAH (יהוה) whom He calls "The House of Israel;" and, "The House of Judah" collectively known together as "THE 12 TRIBES OF ISRAEL." 

For us to REALLY GRASP what is happening to the Northern Tribes of Israel; also called "The House of Israel" by YAHUAH (יהוה) we need to study not only the Bible itself (to data mine it for pertinent information); but, also the Assyrian's culture; and, Empire(s) from a purely secular perspective.

This language both written; and, spoken for official government documentation was called AKKADIAN; and, has a history behind it which leads us even deeper into the depth of Genesis.
