Rabbinic Judaism and the book of Daniel

Back in late 2009 when I first began studying "Judaism" I was woefully ignorant of the very existence of the Talmud, Mishnah, Gemara; and, the other writings which are also revered within Rabbinic Orthodoxy. Not only was I blissfully ignorant of their existence; but, like most of my Christian counterparts was woefully ignorant of their contents.

Additionally my ignorance of Judaism extended to being unaware the book of Daniel is given a place of lower status within rabbinic writings vs. the Christian Canon. Rabbinic Judaism contains many books not examined; or, even discussed within the halls of Christian Seminaries across the globe.

It is no wonder that Christians (as a whole) are at such a disadvantage when studying the Bible; they lack resources which would assist them in understanding specifically the arguments Yeshua the Nazarene engaged in with the Scribes and Pharisees. Additionally their instructors, pastors, deacons, reverends, are also ignorant of these resources failing their congregations by keeping them unaware, and in the dark. Many religious leaders are not intentionally keeping this information from their congregations; they just don’t know themselves. Even today we have the blind leading the blind.

Just as many Christians are woefully ignorant about rabbinic writings; likewise, so are many Jews woefully ignorant about the many clues within the Hebrew writings which direct their attention to Messiah. In fact they are often instructed AGAINST even the reading the New Testament; warned that the worship of Yeshua is idolatry; and, given instruction which is often contradictory to the written instructions of YAHUAH (יהוה). For many of you reading this will be the first time you have ever heard of these books which hold such an elevated status in Rabbinic Judaism.

Therefore I am offering you this LINK to Sepharia.org where you can find; and, read MANY (but not all) of the writings used by Rabbis in their pursuit of Judaism.

Since the time of my grandfather Jack’s death when I was in the sixth grade (I was around twelve years old then) I’ve had an interest in the timing surrounding the return of the Biblical figure known to hundreds of millions of people as Jesus Christ. It wasn't until AFTER the Real Estate Market crash that I began to really; SERIOUSLY examine the text of the bible reading it cover to cover; then beginning a serious examination of its claims; and, an even deeper level of study I have engaged in as a youth.

Among the books within the Bible studied to help understand the timing of his arrival is the Book of Daniel. Within Christianity Daniel is given the honor of being called a Prophet; and, when Christians study Eschatology (the study of end times) digging into Revelation they most frequently reference other books such as Daniel; Ezekiel; Jeremiah; and other prophets. As you read through my blog and  basically examine the manuscript I am posting; know that it is also in the process of becoming a print book as well.
